Vulvar swelling- A rare diagnosis

چکیده
Vulvar fibroadenoma is a rare entity presenting at an unusual location. Here we present case of 45-year-old female, with painless, well-defined mass in the left labia majora for one year. On radiological examination, ultrasonography showed rounded heterogeneously hypoechoic space occupying lesion. The was excised under local anesthesia. histopathological examination revealed vulvar fibroadenoma.
